DEPOSIT FACTS

We accept a refundable $500 deposit to hold your place in line for a Chocolate Bark Kennel puppy. It is a great way to get your foot in the door and get notified about puppy availability and pricing for each and every litter. Once you've decided you want a puppy from us ~ why not enjoy the peace of mind knowing your bundle of joy will be in your arms in the shortest possible timeframe?

 

• The written contract lasts two years. If you have not selected a pup from one of our litters by then, the contract is voided and your money is refunded. 

• The money is not refundable prior to the 2 year mark.

• The deposit is applied to the purchase price of the puppy you select.

• A price range is suggested in the written contract designed to cover the likely price of the pup you are looking for. Once we have received your deposit, you are placed in line to select any available pup from any litter when your number comes up.

• You  always have the right to "pass" and wait for the next litter.
